Key Responsibilities:

✔ Create & optimize campaigns across Google, Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, and other platforms.

✔ Manage campaign budgets & analyze target audiences to maximize performance.

✔ Handle high-budget accounts for top-tier clients in the Israeli market.

✔ Oversee all stages of the marketing funnel, from planning to execution.

✔ Collaborate directly with company management to develop digital strategies.

 Requirements:

✔ 2-4 years of experience managing Google & Facebook campaigns – Must

✔ Experience handling campaigns with budgets of hundreds of thousands of ILS – Must

✔ Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously – Must

✔ Strong leadership and mentorship skills

✔ Creative, outside-the-box problem-solving abilities

✔ Strategic marketing mindset & deep consumer understanding

✔ Attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture approach
